Q the phenomenon is almost certainly a LARP or intelligence-adjacent operation — but the underlying infrastructure of elite child trafficking networks it pointed at is documented fact, extensively corroborated by independent investigators with zero connection to Q. The drop content itself is largely unfalsified prophecy dressed up in pre-existing chan-board culture; what matters is whether the terrain Q mapped — Epstein networks, blackmail operations, satanic ritual abuse in elite circles — has evidentiary support elsewhere.
