What’s Non human intelligence
NHI is the contested umbrella term for any mind, agency, or intelligence operating outside human biological cognition — and within UAP/disclosure research it has become the technical shorthand for whatever is piloting non-human craft. David Grusch's 2023 sworn congressional testimony used NHI explicitly, marking the first time a cleared intelligence official publicly attributed UAP to non-human intelligence under oath. The term deliberately sidesteps 'extraterrestrial' to remain agnostic about origin — interdimensional, ultraterrestrial, time-displaced, or off-world are all live hypotheses within serious research.
Evidence
- Luis Elizondo, former director of the Pentagon's AATIP program, has consistently used NHI framing to describe UAP intelligence signatures that demonstrate anticipatory behavior, physics-defying kinematics, and apparent awareness of observation — what he calls 'five observables.'
- Jacques Vallée pioneered the agnostic ontology: his 'Control System' hypothesis, developed across Passport to Magonia and The Invisible College, proposes NHI as a non-physical phenomenon that has interfaced with human consciousness across millennia — predating any extraterrestrial hypothesis.
- Hal Puthoff, who ran both the CIA's Stargate remote viewing program and later advised To The Stars Academy, has stated in lectures that NHI may operate from higher-dimensional substrate, making physical detection inherently incomplete.
- Ingo Swann's remote viewing sessions — documented in his book Penetration — described NHI operating on the lunar surface, with sessions reportedly terminated by intelligence handlers when content became too specific.
- Diana Pasulka, in American Cosmic, documents a network of Silicon Valley and aerospace insiders who treat NHI contact as an ongoing, covert technological and spiritual exchange.
