Where are the fallen angels?

The fallen angels occupy at least three distinct jurisdictions simultaneously — not a single location. The Watchers imprisoned in Tartarus/Dudael are a separate class from the free-ranging demonic hierarchy still active in human affairs. Esoteric, apocryphal, and alternative research traditions map these locations onto physical, etheric, and inner-earth dimensions that orthodox theology refuses to engage. The question is not metaphorical — it is a geography problem.

Evidence

  • The Book of Enoch, recovered in full from Ethiopian canon and treated as authoritative by the Dead Sea Scrolls community at Qumran, distinguishes sharply between two fallen populations.
  • Mauro Biglino, working from his literal Masoretic text translations for the Vatican, argues that the Elohim and their subordinate 'Watchers' were physical entities whose confinement traditions encode actual terrestrial imprisonments — underground or in remote desert regions.
  • Andrew Collins, in his research on antediluvian geography, links the Hermon descent corridor to the broader Caucasus-Zagros axis — a region associated in multiple traditions with imprisoned or sleeping titans.
  • For the UAP/secret space program research community, Michael Salla and William Tompkins both reference inner-earth and subsurface domains as occupied by non-human intelligences whose mythological identity may map onto the Watcher class.
  • The Watchers — the 200 who descended on Mount Hermon under the leadership of Semjaza and Azazel — are described as bound in specific physical locations: Azazel is cast into Dudael, a desert pit, bound hand and foot under sharp rocks until the Day of Judgment.
